What to Expect
This workshop is designed to help guide you into a calm state by utilizing your breath in
a dynamic circular way. This helps you see how much power you hold at any moment
and in any situation.
Science is showing more and more that there are real mental and physical benefits to
breathwork and cold exposure practices.
I will take you through a short introduction before guiding you through a dynamic
breathwork practice that will focus the mind and warm the body. You will then have the
option to be safely guided into the plunge tub. Each plunge will last 2- 4 minutes as you
begin to overcome fear by pushing yourself outside of your comfort zone.
? Be ready to start on time.
? Have your swimsuit on to help keep us in the timeline.
? Swimwear only. No shirts, this will actually make you colder in the tub
? Bring a towel and something to lay on.
? Come with an open mind and be ready to leave your comfort zone behind.
