Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra Workshop

Join us for a special event of Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra on Sunday, 11/5/23 from 11 am to 1 pm.

Discover the transformative power of delving into deep lengthening postures and immerse yourself in a meditative practice that focuses on the health and longevity of both your mind and body. After 90 minutes, we will transition to yoga nidra, a guided meditation that induces a state of extreme relaxation between consciousness and sleeping.

What is Yin Yoga?

Yin Yoga is a meditative practice that can improve flexibility, mobility and help you find ease for both body and mind.  This practice incorporates mainly floor yoga poses held for long meditative holds.

 

What is Yoga Nidra?

Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep is the state of consciousness between waking and sleep led by a guided meditation while lying down. The goal is to promote a profound state of relaxation.

 

What can you expect?

Hands on adjustments with props to allow you to find more comfort in poses.

Cool towels soaked in essential oils.

You will be lying down on your mat for this session.

Dress comfortably and bring your own blanket, pillow or props for added comfort. Limited space available, so please RSVP to reserve your spot at RCF.studio.
