Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a state of consciousness between wakefulness and sleep.

This practice helps relieve muscular, emotional, and mental tension. Using breathwork, body scan, and imagery, the practitioner will be primed to find healing rest. By moving through the Koshas or layers of being, we plant seeds of intention to release old patterns of thought and create clarity. Dress comfortably and bring a pillow! 

Hot tea included, come 10 minutes early to grab a cup! Extra blankets and bolsters available
