Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a state of consciousness between wakefulness and sleep. This practice helps relieve muscular, emotional, and mental tension. Using breathwork, body scan, and imagery, the practitioner will be primed to find healing rest. From there, moving through the Kosha or layers of being, we use intention setting and meditation to release old patterns of thought and create clarity.
